Galvanised the team effectively 
Reshuffle in Revenue and they will be looking for a Head of Revenue
But not from internal candidates
Need to see a technical candidate who understands distribution but also be able to galvanise 
Confidential role so she would like NDAs to be signed 
They need to consistently be ahead of comp set and wld like to grow rate and occ
How can they grow their direct bookings and improve cost of sales and guest loyalty
And what impact will this have on revenue
Ability to have more control over optimising revenue 
Big focus on OTA business and how this can be optimised effectively 
Cand needs to be super analytical but with excellent leadership skills to galvanise the team – they need to get the team firing – process/structure – energy to make a difference 
Competent technically with distribution, channel management, forecasting, strategy etc. – distribution is critical 
Need to be able to take a longer term view
RMS: Ideas G3 and PMS: Guestline 
ÂŁ80k to ÂŁ100k basic, 3 days in office and 2 days wfh
Must come with multi site/cluster experience – ideally looking for someone from a Travelodge/Premier Inn etc.
Direct line into senior leadership
Rep into Ian Richards 
Occasional travel
IV process: 1st with Ian and an other – 2nd IV with Nic Wenn – 3rd IV Ops Dir mor informal 
There might be a presentation task
Conf 18% fee exclusive
