Rev Mgr newly created role 
-Day to day analysis and picking up on trends – makes a big difference to their smaller hotels 
-Initially look for a revenue analyst but they feel they need someone with a curiosity to understand what they are seeing 
-Reviewing pickup, all data and details are clean, BOB, review of rates by room type for next 90 days, pace reporting for rooms, covers, Spa, forecast updating, monitor stay through avail.
-No time to hand hold or teach someone about commentary and actions from the analysis 
-Hard to find trends in how each hotel season operate 
-90% business is direct – little OTA presence so don’t need multi channel experience 
-Repeat business is circa 30%
-Avge rate: ÂŁ300
-RMS: Duetto (don’t need to have experience with this) & Lighthouse for rate shopping, understand STR ideally – PMS is Opera Cloud
-Cand coming from secondary market rather than the city, part of a group but can be single site RM – could come from cruise?
-Rep into Jonathan – team is Mathias, Central Res, and growing events team 
-Like to collaborate, debate and use conversation to develop the business, open forum 
-Could work remotely but within a commutable distance to one of the hotels to be near product – HO visit every month 
-ÂŁ45k to ÂŁ50k basic 
-IV: 1st on Teams with JP – prepare task for 2nd in person + Mathias & JP – how present data 
-Final decision with Mathias
-looking asap
