In 2006, Will took the plunge and brought that sector knowledge into recruitment, joining PSD Group and specialising in senior sales, marketing and revenue management search across hospitality and leisure. In the years since, he has built deep relationships across the industry — from limited-service brands to five-star luxury — and has a genuine feel for what great commercial talent looks like at every level.
